Deputy president William Ruto’s camp continues to grow bigger and better every single day as we near the general elections. With few months to go, deputy president William Ruto and his main rival will see each other face to face during the polls to square it out.
However on the brighter side of DP Ruto’s UDA party, they today received another powerful politician from the western region. This is after DP Ruto received a boost after ANC party leader Hon Musalia Mudavadi and Ford Kenya party leader hon Moses Wetangula decided to join him ahead of 2022.
Taking to his Twitter account, Hon Boni Khalwale confirmed that Peter Wanami has joined the UDA party. He tweeted, “Peter Wanami today joined UDA party to contest the Mugai-Shirugu MCA seat in Malava constituency. ”
This has come as a major blow for Raila’s camp because usually the western region used to be their strong hold.
