Azimio One Kenya Presidential Candidate Raila Odinga has said that he disagrees with the findings of the Supreme Court that has thrown out their petition and upheld the win of as declared by IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati.
Raila on Sunday, had affirmed that he will respect the court rulling.
According to his social media account, the ODM leader was not satisfied on the grounds in which the Court struck out their evidence.
” We have always stood for the the rule of law and the constitution. In this regard, we respect the opinion of the court although we vehemently disagree with their decision today.” Raila said. While delivering the ruling at the Milimani Court, Chief Justice Martha Koome noted that IEBC deployed technology in accordance with the law.
Koome dismissed Raila’s affidavit against IEBC. She denied claims by the main petitioner that its system had been infiltrated to allow for original forms 34A to be deleted and replaced with doctored forms which were uploaded to the portal
