Remember Man Utd Twins Rafael And Fabio? See Where They Are Currently Playing

Rafael Da Silva and his twin brother Fabio Da Silva are not strange names to English Premier League fans. The two brothers spent some days in the English Premier League where they played for Manchester United.

Rafael and Fabio were brought to Manchester United in 2008 from Fluminense by the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson. At that time, the two boys were just 18 years and they showed a lot of potential.

Rafael Da Silva played as a right back whereas his brother Fabio played as left back. Rafael often had playing time under Sir Alex Ferguson. However, things were somehow difficult for Fabio Da Silva because Patrice Evra was at his prime and it was difficult for Sir Alex Ferguson to pick Fabio over Evra.

Fabio Da Silva was therefore loaned out to Queens Park Rangers before finally leaving the Red Devils for Cardiff City in 2014.

Fabio spent two years at Cardiff City before moving to Middlesborough in 2016. He played two seasons for Middlesborough before moving to France where he has been playing in the Ligue One for Nantes. Fabio Da Silva is currently playing for Nantes.

On the other hand Rafael Da Silva somehow enjoyed his spell at Manchester United. He made more appearances and even helped Manchester United win several trophies including three English Premier League titles. Rafael Da Silva left the Red Devils in 2015 and joined Ligue One giants Lyon.
