Political atmosphere continue to be hot with exactly six months to general elections. All eyes are currently on two powerful presidential candidates that is; former prime minister Raila Amollo Odinga who is vying for the fifth time and United Democratic Alliance party leader Dr William Samoei Ruto.
DP Ruto who took an Impromptu break from political rallies is currently in Dubai with some of his allies. It is alleged that he went to Dubai for medical purposes.
However, through his official Facebook page, the second in come has sent a stern warning concerning the proposed bill that will allow election results not to be streamed live.
While addressing his dissapointments, the second in command accused his rival Raila Amollo Odinga for tempering with freedom of Kenyans.
“The desperate efforts to install project kitendawili by forceful, illegal, undemocratic and unconstitutional means portends a troubled for Kenya, its democracy, the rule of law, freedom of its citizens and ultimately everyone’s well being,” DP Ruto wrote.
The bill seek return of voting system that was last used in 2017. Gatundu South member of Parliament honorable Moses Kuria has also come out condemning the bill urging the likes of Junet Mohamed who is Odinga’s right hand man to reject the bill before it’s too late.
