The United States of American Embassy in Kenya, strategically placed at the heart of the Kenya’s capital of Nairobi has raised an alarm to the kenyan citizens, warning them against counterfeit goods.
Speaking via its official Twitter page account, the embassy warned kenyans against purchasing counterfeit goods, articulating that they posed unwarranted health and safety risks.
The U.S. Embassy divulged that the counterfeit goods are dangerous, echoeing the fundamental role play by ACA Kenya in protecting the kenyan citizens against these category of abnoxious goods.
“Counterfeit purchases pose health and safety risks to you and your family. On this Intellectual Property Day learn why counterfeits are so dangerous, how ACA Kenya is protecting you from counterfeits in Kenya, and how you can spot fake products at stopfakes.gov,” U.S. Embassy Nairobi stated.
