Social media especially Facebook, Twitter among others has been misusing and spreading fake rumours as well as incitements across the country.
Some top goverment leaders and also politicians have been using social media to seek for votes and popularize with the people but sometimes they insert accusations.
Today, the government of Kenya which is headed by president Uhuru Kenyatta and his cabinets has ordered immediate probe of Facebook account following some incitements.
According to the source, Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji has given orders to Inspector General of Police Hillary Mutyambai with due respect to take an action to all Facebook accounts which are causing alot of discrimination, incitements and tribalism in the country.
Following the reports, Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji said that their is a group of people who are trying to create hostility, hatred, violence, ethnicity and incitements which may bring troubles in the country.
DPP now is calling the government to take prior action so as to stop and minimize violence in the country.
